why should i be mod?

i think i should be mod because i have alot of experience as staff on a number of servers, however i cannot code? some of the servers are fatality x and near reality im good at talking to other players and finding glitches in the game:) i am on frequently and i am willing to help any new players out whenever they need it. hope to hear from you soon
